It’s official!  The 2012 CAC Reunion – What Happens in Vegas…Ma’alesh! – is underway!  It’s time to sign up!  This reunion is open to ALL classes, teachers, parents and those who experienced the wonders of CAC in any year!  More than 200 people attended last year’s wonderful event in Houston.  You are sure to have a blast!

Friday Morning:  2nd Ever King Tut Putt Golf Scramble
Organized by Steve Hazel (thank you, Steve!).  Registration will be on a separate link posted on the PayPal site once details are confirmed. 

Friday Evening Event:  Gathering with drinks and snacks…a special time to reconnect, chat, and make plans for a great reunion weekend!

Saturday Night BIG Event:  Music and dancing…more details to come!

All times in between…reconnect with your friends and meet new ones, share memories and laughs and pictures, music, and so much more!  The Red Rock Resort is the perfect venue as it offers lots of gathering places and activities, both in the Cairo-hot outdoors or cool air-conditioning inside.  Shuttle service and is offered to/from the airport and Strip is included in the resort fee.

Dress Code:  Keep it casual….appropriate for poolside and warm Vegas evenings.

Kids:  Although children aren’t included in the formal reunion events on Friday and Saturday evenings, the Red Rock Resort offers lots of things for them to do, including swimming, bowling, movies, hiking…so much more! 

CAC Reunion Fee:

$125 per person if signed up by March 31, 2012
$175 per person if signed up after
$200 at the door (really don't want that to happen!)

Due to financial commitments required for this reunion NO refunds will be issued.

Hotel Reservations at the Red Rock Resort:
 
Check out the beautiful Red Rock Resort, with beautiful rooms, casinos, water facility, several restaurants and a fast-food food court, movie theaters, bowling alley…and so much more!  A block of rooms at a very special negotiated room rate of $95.00/night (July 26-29, 2012) plus $5 resort fee has been reserved.   Please book as soon as possible – we will block more rooms as needed and if they are available!  Make sure you book no later than JUNE 26, 2012.
